Kevin has a 25+ yr track record of success in growing products, services, market share, sales volume, and profits within the wholesale distribution chain.

Kevin started his career with a national distributor after which he founded and later exited a successful manufacturers representative agency and later invested in a manufacturing company. Having seen all aspects of wholesale distribution Kevin spent a number of years advising leading manufacturers and distributors, both North American and foreign, on sales, marketing, go-to-market strategies, and technology initiatives.

Having always been an early adopter of technology in 2018 Kevin and his co-founders developed LeadSmart Technologies and the Channel Cloud CRM, Customer Intelligence, and Channel Collaboration platform for the wholesale distribution chain.

Tom has over 35 years of experience building and running technology businesses as well as consulting with many different businesses ranging from Fortune 500 companies to early-stage startups.

Tom has a unique combination of business skills and technical skills (including a BS degree in Computer Science) and has always looked to solve business challenges through a combination of technology and streamlined business processes.

Currently, Tom is a co-founder at LeadSmart Technologies and I recently released his first book titled The Revenue Zone: The Ultimate Playbook for the Next Generation of Sales, Marketing and Predictable Revenue Growth.
